We offer store credit or exchanges for change-of-mind returns.
To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In original condition and packaging

With all tags attached and hygiene stickers intact

Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, self-tan, sunscreen or any marks
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your store credit or confirm your exchange.

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately — we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable
