Domestic Returns — Australia
We offer store credit or exchanges for change-of-mind returns.
To be eligible, items must be:
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition and packaging
  • With all tags attached and hygiene stickers intact
  • Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, self-tan, sunscreen or any marks
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your store credit or confirm your exchange.
Please note:
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately — we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable
International Returns
International returns follow the same eligibility standards above.

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • The reason for your return
  • For exchanges — the new size/colour you’d like instead
