Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

• For United States orders: All customs duties and import taxes are included in the product price.

• For all other international destinations:
  Customs duties and taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the receiver

Please note that customs delays are beyond our control and may extend delivery timeframes.

Shipping Notes

• We cannot refund original shipping fees once an order has been dispatched

• If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid duties, refused delivery, or an uncollected parcel, we will issue store credit for the product cost once the item is received back with us, minus original shipping. Customers may alternatively request re-shipment at their own cost.
